I try only fresh instalation of W10 on SSD, NVME, there is no diference. In last mont i think a was doing like two new instalition per day to slove this. Try tweek everything in W10. Nothing help me. Moast wierd measure was kelner timer latency over 12000ns in latencymon.
Simply dont belive that i get 3x bad CPU or motherboard.

They dont let me upload evidence...
Tested on single ssd: same result
Tested on single nvme: same result
Windows tweek: i try alot of them since there was no improve they pointles from my point of view
On my old PC sometimes i do clean instal W10 but never even tweek like that... i am more in to gaming than tweeking just set up cfg autoexec windows mouse, GPU settings and thats about it.
Tweeking like a last month thats not fun at all. Today i will get i9 9700kf with Z390 MSI, i cant wait to put it on.
Unfortunetly idk this forum one month back because if i have ben seen some of this threads i will stay on intel.

I have 2 systems:
OLD:
Xeon X3440@4GHz 1.39v
ASUS P7P55D
8+8Gb Samsung PC1600@2100CL12
GeForce GTX1070 8Gb Gigabyte Mini ITX (replaced by GTX 1060 6Gb Palit dual)
FSP 550-80GLN
Benq XL2410T Tn\1080p\120Hz 2011y.
OS: Windows 10 1909

and NEW:
Ryzen 5 [email protected] 1.37v Fixed
MSI X470 gaming pro
16+16Gb Ballistix Sport LT 3000CL15@3600Cl16
GeForce GTX1070 8Gb Gigabyte Mini ITX (same videcard)
Corsair RM750x
Acer Nitro VG270UPbmiipx [UM.HV0EE.P01] IPS\1440p\144Hz 2019y.
OS: Windows 10 1909

I play BF1 and COD: MW at the minimum settings, I feel that the input lag has increased on the new system. Despite the significantly increased FPS, it became harder for me to aim. On one of the YouTube channels, AMD and Intel processors were compared, the processor from AMD had a much larger input lag. (click) Tell me, is this true, or is it already fixed on zen2?
The difference between the CPUs would yield a maximum of 4ms difference, you might be able to feel it, but I suspect the difference isn't even 4ms, I think it might be just 1ms because whilst you had intel last time, it is clocked at a lower frequency, your ryzen 3600 is .3ghz higher, which should make up for the difference in architecture.
If you want you can also disable AMD's hyptherthreading (SMT) which should give you a bit less input lag, a few ms.

It looks like you didn't reinstall your OS, generally it's best to reinstall it as from my experience, it usually does not work well, even if you replace cpu with the same manufacturer.

Intel update: i get 9700kf with MSI 390 MoBo... everything else are same... allready back in lvl 10 on faceit. That feel is night and day idk how is that possible but even the picture is more sharp on intel. Sure i don get 800fps but i cant deal with that huge delay.

Are you using the same Corsair PSU and video card? Please list out the full specs of your new 9700kf system.

Not sure how long you are suppose to run Latency Mon for but here's my 5800X + X570 board after 30 seconds.

Hi,

AMD should not have noticeably higher latencies in games.
I am running a 5950X and have no problems so far.

I would recommend to fully wipe your SSD and do a fresh Win10 install and let Windows install all the drivers.
Check LatencyMon whether everything is ok. If I remember correctly I had an average measured interrupt to process latency of 5.x microseconds after fresh install. If everything is fine move on updating drivers. Check LatencyMon again. May be their is some
driver issue that you have.

Download "TimerBench 1.5" and check what it says under "QPC Mode".
I have disabled HPET -> My QPC Mode says 10.00Mhz and it improved my performance.

Also please check your power saving plan.

I hope you can solve your issue.
I would not recommend to do any other tweaks since from my experience they broke more than helped.
