Is it true Ryzen has higher input lag than Intel? Is there conclusive data to prove this?

the fan can serve to cool the CPU Heatsink, also.

Pretty good processor. KF usually are lower priced and oc better, so check for that one. However in some countries KF maybe more expensive than K , in which case I'd probably go for the cheaper of the 2. Also for 10700k/kf Unify or Aorus Ultra ITX should be fine, you can also go Apex if you really have lots of money to spare.

Also if you're going all out on input delay 5700xt might be worth looking into, the general consensus that (non-vega) amd gpus are snappier than nvidia gpus.

It depends on your CPU GHz and memory latencies and clocks, you've given your memory clock, but what's your CPU clock speed and what's the memorie's latency speed?
