I wonder if Glorious will update their sensor pwm 3360 to do 2000Hz or 8000Hz. I don't like the shape of that razor, i'm into the Model D minus.

Chief, is this 240hz /1000 capture a normal example or is this worse than average?
it's my XL2746S + Logitech g903 at 3200 DPI. It's the best I can do with my phone :(

Average for 1000 Hz.
I see two or three gaps that is fixable by the Razer 8KHz Viper.

@The_Fiend could you guys please add the ability to change polling rate depending on the profile? Even better would be the ability to change it based on what game is launched, but just being able to hot swap profiles would be a step in the right direction. I don't need to use DPI switching, but funnily enough - I now need to use polling rate switching.

ok I still have problems with my viper 8k and pci-e usb 3.0 VIA card.

setting polling in synapse to:

125hz = 125hz
2000hz= 250hz
4000hz= 500hz
8000hz= 1000hz

EDIT: plugging the mouse out and then back in worked, I guess same problem as others have then.

Synapse already has this feature. Just create 2 profiles, and go to the "Profiles" tab to bind it to your apps/games. Synapse will take care of auto-switching.

I know this is down to the host not enumerating the mouse as "High speed" even though the mouse requests it. Are you running the latest firmware? We had a workaround for some enumeration issues in this release (not this issue specifically), but it might also have fixed this as a side-effect : https://rzr.to/etK7a

Weird, above firmware isn't on the site when you try to find it normally through the firmware selection. This firmware right away makes my mouse feel better, but we'll see if that's good or bad 'better'.

I actually fetched the link from the support portal myself : https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers ... a_id/4540/

The firmware changes absolutely nothing other than the start-up behavior, so I can't imagine why it would feel any different.

as in no need to unpower the PSU on/off switch to faultproof the common "no mouse" at startup?
