The best optimized motherboard for lowest latencies possible?

Hi, so I've got an HP ProDesk 400 G1 MT with i7 4790 CPU and paired it up with a GTX 1650 and 8 GB (2x4) of 1600 MHz RAM, also BenQ Zowie XL2546 240Hz monitor. I'm getting huge delays in CSGO and pre-fired every single time even by the lowest ranked players which is so frustrating despite how smooth and powerful the system is to run the game. The problem here is this PC Desktop is designed for business work (where latency isn't one of the top priorities) rather than serious hardcore competitive shooting games. So I need an used X87 LGA 1150 gaming motherboard with the lowest possible latencies and optimised for the best experience in CSGO. Which one do you guys recommend? I would like it to be from 70-80$ since I spent a lot on such used "business systems" which had no clue that the motherboard would make such a great difference on latencies. The problem is the crap netcode of CS GO. A new mainboard would make no difference.

Are you sure there's not something else in the latency chain causing the issue? Game settings? Are you playing 128tick servers? Playing on wireless? Monitor correctly set to 240hz?

EVGA DARK then Asus XII Extreme, then Asus XII Apex

Just get decent motherboard and edit BIOS with AMIBCP.

P.S. Your CPU isn't too "powerful" for CS:GO tbh.
