Is there a simple online test for CRT input lag?

I have a 19" Samsung 957MB.
You have to test input lag against something. The best is testing the screen against an led directly hooked up to a mouse button
That said, CRTs are generally regarded as not contributing input lag to the whole chain from mouse button to usb to computer to vga to screen. Hence some websites measure some LCD screen's input lag by comparing against a CRT monitor.
