What issues are you having? Stuttering only? Or input lag, monitor clarity etc?

Stuttering and input lag , Monitor now is on good clarity, but when i was on the other house, i had a lot of brightness at mornings specially.

Only thing for me the the major stutters atm.. Never had any input lag before

how did you know your inputs are fine ?
i will provide you 3 videos where 2 guys has no issue with input and 1 guy has issue you should able to tell me which one has and which 2 dont

This is defintely the one with EMI problems, you can see the delay when pressing the kb and the movement, feels like a heavy playermodel lol.
Would you want to send me your steam so we can chat in there about how to fix etc etc? I've been with this problem for so long, nothing im trying seems to fix.

sure i am most famous scamer in slovakia

well to say to fix this they has to give account to 3rd person smell fishi.... if we talk 1000Euro inventory then these ppl will scam you in blink of your eye. Because if there is solution in account setup it will be know allready

how did you manage to solve this?

I tried a lot things , windows 10, 8.1,7, xp, 11,windows spectre, linux , the problem is still there. It's a mysterious issue, it seems that once you get it, PC gaming is over, looks like something external.
I have 2 desktops and 2 laptops. the microstutter is in everything .
since it started I've tested 6 different pcs, they all have microstutters, my friend brought his laptop nad now his games are shoppy too.
the problem started since 2019 ,first I thought it was fault of my old pc, but when I bought another pc , I installed it and went to test some games, the stutter was there from the beginning, 3 months later it started on my laptops , I used to play games on both my desktop and laptop, it was smooth until 2019.
I don't have input lag, it's responsive, it's just not smooth when I move the camera, my eyes hurt and I can't enjoy the games anymore

I just moved to my aunts temporaly and computer runs great now. Long story (look post history) was dealing with indfernece apaprtment.
