Does anyone know any other ways to get DisableWriteCombining to work on 3000 series GPUS? or is it just with the 3090?

What does it do
Re: Disabling Write Combining on RTX 3000 GPUs?
Told u, that option adds any hardware support to any driver version u want, which means if u can't install older versions which don't support newer hardwares, u can add that hardware in it's .inf file (for those who did it manually, just try with it too, maybe it does it differently). then u can install driver's like 441.41 for hardwares like 3090 which u couldn't before, then u can disable write combining.

Beating a dead horse here, but I’m still very interested in somehow making this work.
I’ve tried on my 3060, 441.41 will not install, at least with NVCleaninstall or NVSlimmer involved in some manner. I’ve tried modding the drivers INF then cleaning the bloat with either program. It will compile, but quits prior to installation. Next is to try just installing with the bloat and modding the INF.

If I'm not mistaken, tile rendering mode can be disabled in the registry:schizobeyondpills wrote: ↑30 Jan 2021, 12:411. patch the kernel to patch the driver call
2. sell nvidia gpus they suck. their tiled rendering mode is a joke on top of all other scams they deceive the consumer audience with more FPS which many many % (like 90%) never end up being sent on screen as actual frame but tiled through multiple frames. like prerendered frames scam.
