Dear guys from Blurbusters ( sorry for the english ) and sorry that my topic is maybe a little bit garbage to read but i try to cut out all the things i have already tryd...

I tryd to explain my problem in counter-strike global offensive
9/10 times when i start the game i have massive input lagg (sometimes i changes some settings and i looks like its away ) for a short period

what i see when the input lagg/tearing accours
* the game is just running add 500 fps or more and it feels like 100

* switching between weapons goes very slow

* recoil is totally garbage ( like i have 30fps )

* stutters when i and a enemy player are shooting

* the game just feels totally slow and i am the only player that is moving slow
this is the second computer i have again i have this shit

* mouse feels floaty / keyboard keys slow response

* resolution i play doesnt matter 1280/960 1440x1080 native 1920x1080 when it laggs.... it just laggs on every resolution

* cs go ping btw is betweer 10/30 always when i have a normal server

*64 tick serverss lagg less than 128tick servers
128 tickservers feel more garbage than 64..... 2 years ago on my old rig 128 tickservers where allot smoother

CASE : NZXT h210i BLACK
MOTHERBOARD : Z390 I AORUS PRO WIFI ITX
CPU : Intel Core i9 9900K
CPU COOLER : NZXT Kraken X63
GRAPHIC CARD : Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 GAMING OC 8G
POWER : Fractal Design ION SFX-L 650W Gold
MONITOR : BENQ XL2546K 240 HZ
KEYBOARD : DUCKY MECHA mini / Corsair K65 RGB
MOUSE : zowie fk1+-b / Steelseries Rival / Razer Viper 8k
AUDIO : Senheiser GSP 600 / Senheiser epos gsx 300

* tryd onboard audio with latest drivers and now i have the senheiser gsx 300 because sometimes realtek laggs ( was a old problem i think in cs go )

* Internet 130 mb download / 30 mb upload before this i had 500mb download and 50 mb upload 2 different company's

* fps above 500 ( capped them on 240 fps 480fps and fps_max 0.... all the same

* different rates and interps in cs go ( nothing happend only the hit reg get better or worse

* ( tryd different mouses and different keyboard ) mouze hz from 500/1000/2000/8000 ( when the game laggs every poling rate is lagging doesnt matter witch one i take )

* ( different PSU In computer & different memory )

* ( GPU SCALING / DISPLAY SCALING - when i have no lagg it almost doesnt matter witch one i take ( both fast ) gpu little bit sharper pixels )

* ( Pre renders frames from 4/3/2/1 and also tryd the low latency mode on ultra ) latency setting on ON is the best till now

* ( disable full screen optimization ) right click cs.go and apply )

* i switched back from a 360hz monitor to 240hz monitor both lagging ( only cs go )

bios
everything auto
hyperthreading on/off
different voltage's
XMP on/off
disabled intel turbo boost ( manual overclock till 4.9 or 5 ghz )
cpu btw is always between 30/50 celcius add 5.1ghz in cs go

* i tryd to sett my core clock from my gpu on max whole time so its running add 1965Mghz ( doenst do shit )

* different energy modes windows

* xbox barr off/on ( also removed every bloatware from it )

* game mode on/off

* different nvidia drivers

* vsyn off and tryd to let the application decide ( and then turned itt of in cs go )

sorry for the bad topic and that is a mess. but i cannot explain myself and tell you guys everything there is even more i have tryd but i leave that away

i am from the netherlands

( i read about bad electronic wire i even thought about buying like a conditioner but we have really create wires in the nl really high demands ) i dont think this is the case. i think this because 4 years ago i quited cs go and sold my computer i7 7700 970gtx ) that one didn't had the problem....... but maybe it it the electra...

what i cannot understand yesterday evening everything was smooth ( i was real happy ) today i finished my work i come home want the to play and the lagg/tearing is back.

before this computer i had like the same built only with other cpu and other gpu i7 9700kf & rtx 2070 slowly i started to change some hardware.... but everything is still the same

what i really really dont understand how it can be not there ( the lagg ) and the next day it is just back.

first i maybe thought my internet this is my second provider i also did pingplotter ( you can see if you lose packets ) it was none.

yeah i am googling for 2 years now , your probally right but it doesnt make sense that people with the same system can run it smoothly (and even people with older systems can run it way better ) yeah its an old game.

but it has to be something you now..... maybe more people have this problem but it must be fixeble i think

that is my psu , but this is more than enough right ? for i9 9900k & RTX 3070 the cpu is constantly running on like 5 gigh 8 cores no hyperthreading

it's an itx model. i have room in my case for atx maybe 750 w ? but i cannot think that this isn''t enough

some calculators say that i need 750W and some 400W but i only have 2 ss'd nvme's watercooling block for cpu and some fans 140MM

thanks for the reply. here is mine
personal i dont think it's internet related and why i think that

* when the lagg/tearing is here.... even with bots in offline mode itt laggs
* when the lagg is away there is also no lagg with offline bot
* i pulled out my ethernet cable today and started up my computer, started steam in offline , started cs go offline with bots ( still lagg )

From your photo you have spikes on both download and upload,

Apply fq_codel or cake shaper and you should have better bullet registration and no lag on peeking

Install openwrt on your router if it is compatible or buy a new one from https://openwrt.org/supported_devices
