CS GO LAGG HIGH FPS/240 HZ Finally SOLVED!

hello guys i finnaly found out what causes the tearing and stuttering in cs go on my computer.
maybe i can help others with this after trying 1000 of possible solutions and 0 workt for me
this is on a high end gaming pc with a 240 hz monitor

the game just runned terrible slow!!!
the Solution for me ! ( start up steam in big picture mode and launch cs go )
i dont know why..... but everything is away . when i launch it without big picutre mode its back right away.
