Kick bots ,invite friends in the same server and play 5vs5 > input lag . No logic
input lag caused by ethernet being set in low power mode?

I tried to tweak internet with youtube videos + TCP optimizer , tried with mobile internet ,usb wi fi adapter.

I'm talking about these settings, please don't mind the video title as I'm dealing with technical issues:

*EDIT* removed old video link, swapped for uploaded image link

Have you tried testing under an alternate account?
You said you tested from a friend's place... did you test from another PC on your account?
Also when we're talking about input delay, you're referring to the delay after pressing M1 and waiting for the computer/game to respond? Do you have any videos of the behavior, or any other testing results?

Yes i deactivated 3 faceit accounts and create 3 new steam accounts just to test.Moving mouse is the problem not clicking.Faceit wanted me to record game play with camera ,i recorded ,but there is nothing on video it was obvious i dont know why they want this.

If it isn't delay from mouse press to ingame action, we're dealing with something else than input delay. I sent you a PM so we can look further into it together.

First tweak your CSGO and Windows settings to whats competitive. I.E, interp ratio and these other commands, although I don't know if they are all entirely 'applicable' could still help perhaps. Maybe its your peripherals, who knows. Really, it could just be you, a placebo effect you just can't escape.

I reinstalled and tweaked windows(7,8,10,11)about 150 times+linux ,+30 mice literally, headset, keyboard, monitors, computers, and of course played billion times with interps.I dont know what to say... everything is pointing placebo.I just cant explain for myself how i never felt anything for 18 years, stopped cs for 4-5-6 months cant remember , bought new pc(much better) and instant i felt something is wrong and dropped 1000 faceit elo. Im taking rest from this for now.

One thing that i've tried recently that helped csgo and tf2 in particular (and i assume other games on steam, idk about other clients) is going to nvidia 3D program settings and finding all the steam related stuff there and setting power management mode to maximum performance. They were all set to adaptive mode for me despite global settings being max performance. Both tf2 and csgo feel a lot more in sync now and feels a lot better to play. Using a gtx 1080 for reference.

Sorry man, wish I can help. This issue is very paradoxical indeed, I really don't know what to think about it other than unexplainable.
