Question about input lag on 2k with 400DPI

Hi all, finally I changed my VG279QM(240hz,FullHD) to Acer XV272UX(240hz, 2k) and faced strange issue with input lag on 2k with 400DPI.(Razer Viper 8k mouse)
I have been playing CS GO with 400 DPI over 5 years and when I tried 800DPI I always wasn't so consistent as with 400 DPI. And didn't notice any difference in input delay with FullHD.
But with 2k monitor XV272UX I found that my sensitivity 2.7 and 400 DPI not so playable as 1.35 and 800 DPI, with 400 DPI I feel input delay, but with 800 it's becomes pretty well. (also 400 DPI more harder in work of course on 2k
)
Why this happens with 400 dpi on 2k ? Because of pixel density on 2k or scaling from 2k to 1024*768(I have in CS GO) produce more input lag than on FullHD ?
