LCD on dedicated GPU and CRT on integrated GPU

I am trying to use LCD on dedicated GPU(main) and VGA CRT on integrated GPU. I've tried duplicate mode to run 3D games on CRT and noticed that FPS is ~10% lower in duplicate mode. But what about input lag? Assuming that application is rendered by dedicated GPU onto LCD first and then copied to CRT would that mean that all the input lag is transferred as well(and possibly even more added in process)?
