I've used cloud pcs in the past to diagnose some "issues" I was having. It's a great way to rule out hardware/electricity issues if you dont have another rig lying around.
Some good ones I can recommend are shadow pc and paperspace with parsec
They give you full control over the the pc unlike nvidia's platform and others

The problem is that you can not play competitively smooth like you doo on youre local PC since its a streaming device. It has very high, noticeable input lag and network wise, it wasnt much better there. I tested that allready by my own with shadow PC last year
