Stutter/inconsistent performance

Post by netarangi » 09 Oct 2021, 21:14

Hi all,

I have a stutter issue that I haven't been able to resolve. All of my games will stutter when turning around and loading new resources.

Its somewhat playable in single player games but multiplayer games are a lagfest. Battlefield stutters like crazy whenever someone shoots me or when running around. Single-player games can take a while to load textures in and the issue gets worse if I have a download running in background. It can sometimes not even show textures.

All games don't run at a constant frame rate, will sit around 144hz but drop between 142-144 constantly. Ive tried using the v sync detector website (forgot the name) and have the same issue.

I had my electrician friend come over and he tested the ground of one of my outlets. He said the ground reading was really bad on one but others seemed fine. Pc is plugged into one that is fine.

the video card is overheating or overclocking, if answers no, then the video card is broken (memory of video card).
