Out of curiosity I opened CS:GO and LatencyMon to see, how the game is affecting latencies and I saw that nvlddmkm.sys goes red with 5-6 ms latency, which is very high.
When you google it you can see, that it causes a lot of problems and BSODs. Although fixing it is quite problematic, somehow I managed to lower its latency to optimal level. Not sure what really did the trick, but this is what I've done:
- reinstalling Nvidia driver with DDU (in safe mode of course and with Nvidia HD audio)
- restarting BIOS and leaving it default (which means no XMP and DOCP, my RAMs are running at 2133MHz instead of 3600)
- maximum performance in nvidia power settings
- reinstalling audio drivers
- changing my GPU to Silent mode instead of BIOS OC (a little switch on your GPU if you have any)
And volia

Just to be clear it didn't fix all my issues but CS:GO works pretty crisp and it's much easier to one tap. Almost the same feeling like playing without sound.
