Bad mousetester graph when videocard is on

I don't know what to use to play (fortnite).
w10 i have more fps than w7. Should I look more at the graph or at the fps?

- Max 719 fps
- 1% 91 fps
- 0.1% 39 fps

W7 sp1: driver 471.96
- Max 625 fps
- 1% 89 fps
- 0.1% 37.5 fps
