Question about NVCP sharpen

Hello,
So from what I learned on here, is that ultra low latency mode does not work on D12 or Vulkan.
What other NVCP settings do not work on D12 or Vulkan?
I know the frame rate limiter works with no issues, is that the same for NVCP sharpen, does it work on ll games or is it also limited by D12 or Vulkan
Finally bonus question, if I have the option to use NVCP sharpen or the Geforce experience overlay, what to use? Which looks better/performs better?
