Input Lag / Desync only on one computer

A little time passed and I realized that nothing had changed. It's not the motherboard. It's a video card or processor issue.

As of today, I can add to the list a test that consisted of replacing the cpu, motherboard and ram of the working pc to see what it will work.

Well it became unplayable again.

So to this day I still have the same problem.

A pc that works well when the motherboard, cpu and ram are plugged in

and two other 3 other PCs that don't work like the other, why, I don't know.

Try to assemble this pc in the other pcs cases, use their psu and fans. Just to rule the case and psu out. I read one dude who said changing his pc case fixed his input lag in csgo. Try it
