BUT !
I MAnaged to reduce them to a point where i barey notice the by downloading process lasso and folowing this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NFhsz86 ... sicPCTuner
+ i added some other tweeks that looked like they helped (might be a placebe)
1. under main in lasso tick smart trim and performance mode
2. audiodg.exe is excluded from lasso untick that and set cpu priority aways high cpu afinity disable smt i/o priority always high tick induce performance and tick disable idle saver and cpu limiter like in video
+ in some games like in super people i set the cpu limiter to 25% games felt smoother.
this felt like my games run better but then again might be placebo hope it helps!!
