1080p looks not sharp but blurry

Idk why but if i look at 1600x900 compared to 1920x1080, 1600x900 is way sharper, does anyone have a answer for this? Especially text, like if windows adds a AA layer in 1920x1080
Edit:sometimes My monitor shuts off for 1 second then it powers on again, tried different cables, no luck
