Can anyone tell me what it is? (SOLVED?)

Post by Slender » 25 Jan 2022, 16:07

It all started with the fact that once I sat down at the computer and how many on this forum started complaining to me about the mouse. But the fact is that I spent a lot of time to understand how everything works and make my mouse perfect, at least I thought so. But one day everything changed. I do not know what this is related to, but I started getting a strange delta on my chart, at about 990-1010. Yes, many will say that this is good, but the fact is that something has broken. I tried everything - reinstalled windows, flashed BIOS, GOP, changed the motherboard, RAM, video card, and today I changed the power supply. The only thing I haven't changed is the processor.
Strange intervals, I thought it was a problem in the power supply, but it's not. Today I noticed that when I move the mouse I get a squeak from the power supply (more in the video). I really don't understand the reason. The only thing you can sin against is the processor. What do you think? https://youtu.be/LDEOJtn1Cd8
My config:
asus tuf z390 plus
9700kf
3060ti / 1080 ti / 650
gskill 3200 cl14
masterwatt 600
revi os 21h2 / windows 21h2

I am testing my computer with 0 third-party processes in the background, I also use version 1.5.3 which shows the frequency, and before the problem I used the same version, so I believe that the problem is not in it. I've already tried everything I could and I don't think there will be a genius who will offer me a fix, because I'm already starting to think that it simply doesn't exist.
