high kernal latency.

is it gpu related ram related cpu related ? house related? ive done every single tweak. mutiple pcs. am i building my pcs wrong?

Kernel latency is related to the OS, e.g. if you install linux, you can install a low-latency kernel, which is the linux kernel, but configured to be low latency, e.g. shrink queues, use better latency algorithms, etc...

Can you post latency monitor results rather than dpc latency checker? DPC lat unfortunately doesn't really tell you what's going on. Latency monitor can pinpoint the actual driver that's causing your dpc latency to skyrocket. We can troubleshoot from there.

If you have high kernel latency use another windows 10 version, with windows 20h2 i have 12k latency ,i am already using 1703 and i have 300 to 700
If you want low dpc latency you must use
bcdedit /set useplatformtick true
in cmd with Timer resolution to set 0.5
