DDC/CI Error XL2546K

I've been struggling to get the Strobe utility to pick up my monitor. So I ended up grabbing softMCCS, and for some reason it thinks my monitor doesn't have DDC/CI support. I've seen other people in the forums have similar issues with this monitor, and only one of them said they fixed their problem with a driver roll back, but I've tried using generic drivers and it doesn't fix this issue. I know my problem isn't cables or ports, tried that. I get VCP command no response with HDMI, and then no Dst services with my display port. Not sure what else to do to try to fix this, I should have DDC/CI.

Any help would be appreciated.
