does it make sense to get XL2546S if im gonna mostly play 144fps?

i currently have a 70hz freesync monitor. uncapped My main game apex legends runs average around 140-150fps on my machine. it gets up to 190-200 sometimes but in battles and average its 150 so i would probably cap it to 144 on whatever monitor i get. if im not gonna play full 240hz does it make sense to wait and get XL2546S or should i get another zowie mointor? maybe the 144hz with DYAC?
