BENQ XL2546k Best settings (avg around 120-160 fps

Hey, just got my new monitor recently and have been testing out DyAc on premium which seems to give me an awful headache/eye strain so I'm going to be testing it on high for now. I saw the 182hz trick for the xl2546 in that bringing your monitor refresh rate down towards your fps ingame can give you the best results. After copying the settings for the 182hz trick I get 'out of range!' on this monitor, I found above 1350 vertical lines results in 'out of range' when I change the refresh rate using the CRA by toasty. As you can see I'm pretty new to this area.

What would the best settings be for playing Warzone on the xl2546k at around 120-165 fps? Although if I still get really bad eye strain on dyac high or off I will probably have to return the monitor and look for alternative. I played at 144hz on the original xl24ll and then on my lg27gl83a which did not give me this horrible eye strain but found the ips to also be discomforting to my eyes which may mean that my eyes are pretty sensitive. Anyways I'm looking for top performance whether it be from this monitor or another if this one is too straining and could use some help. Thanks
