Hello, I've just bought the BenQ XL2420Z and have set it up. I'm trying to get all the settings correct for playing CS:GO mainly (League of Legends on the side) and after following http://pcmonitors.info/benq/benq-xl2411z-and-xl2420z I'm still not that happy.
I know settings are user preference but I would like some general or your own personal settings used if anyone plays CS:GO. I also noticed that with my current settings (from the guide above) I cannot use the Black eQulizer option, does anyone know why that is?
New BenQ XL2420Z configuration.

Black eQulizer option isn't available at some monitor modes. Just set FPS1 mode and play.Redpeanut wrote:I cannot use the Black eQulizer option, does anyone know why that is?

The problem is the colours on the FPS modes are horrible and makes it feel like I'm using a £10 monitor.Q83Ia7ta wrote:Black eQulizer option isn't available at some monitor modes. Just set FPS1 mode and play.Redpeanut wrote:I cannot use the Black eQulizer option, does anyone know why that is?
Re: New BenQ XL2420Z configuration.
Colors can be tuned. Black eQulizer makes colors horrible too. The problem of all fast models (high refresh rate and low input lag) is TN tech. If you want better colors and can deal with higher input lag you can buy Eizo Foris FG2421. It's VA not TN panel. There are no ideal monitor at all aspect monitors at the moment.Redpeanut wrote:The problem is the colours on the FPS modes are horrible and makes it feel like I'm using a £10 monitor.
