Re: 1502VT trick/resolutions problem?
This is normal, the OSD is wrong during the VT tricks. As long as motion looks fully clear at 120Hz, you're good,

You shouldn't get tearing at all if you're using vsync.thizito wrote:like too much screen tearing in movement even with vsync on double/triple buffered (ofc i want it disabled)
- Set contrast between 40 and 50. 70 is too much, the monitor is clipping colors.thizito wrote:Im with 1502vt,1080p 120hz,AMA high,instanton,black eq 12,sharp 5,brightness 100,contrast 70,2.5m.s persistence and and left notch
gpu scaling, 400fps, -freq 120 ingame
- Your persistence may be too high. I've just tried with 2.5ms and crosstalk is worse than with 0.5ms, at 125Hz. Try lowering it.
Besides, at 400fps you may still see tearing if you are sensitive, I guess.
Yes, those settings remain forever.thizito wrote:after doing my settings in B.B utility i can close it right ?

What video card are you using?thizito wrote:the thing is, it really looks like my csgo ia running 60hz
but capping fps with vsync goes to 120
so im fucked confused
I think you're having the 'stuttering' issue with vsync on. AMD card, right?
This has NOTHING to do with the benq. I had this happen on my OLD CRT on a 7970 card, with vsync on. And using a LCD (even with motion blur reduction) simply amplifies those stutters even more.
I never found a solution except to play with vsync off.
This problem doesn't happen on all maps, though. I remember Train being the biggest culprit.

Re: 1502VT trick/resolutions problem?
You should be actually using uncapped FPS in CS GO. The higher the FPS you have the lower the input lag will be. Or so that is the theory.
