I have the exact same problem, I can't seem to choose between the two - as far as i know the XL2430T does not support Nvidia 3D vision. But its build quality is much better. With a few new nifty features.

Would like if someone could help out with a detailed comparison... Christmas is around the corner and this is a from me to me gift! Just want to buy the right one!

XL2430T too bright, poor contrast but no blur, clean & clear in games thanks to 144hz.. but if u don't play 8h a day, daily use is horrible... I have return it and buy for now a good 60hz.

I have a good 60hz already, the Benq will be purely for CSGO and other FPS games i play competitively.

So does anyone have a good, detailed comparison between the two monitors as mentioned above ?

I play CS GO at least 2 hrs a day with the Benq Z series monitors @ 144hz. I must say it's night and day difference (not kidding, just tried going back to 60hz and it's stuttering mess). No input lag that I could feel with vsync on. Unlike before with my LG 60hz monitor if I turn on the vsync you can feel the .5s input lag. Can't comment on the XL2430T though, but if you use an AMD graphics card and will never use 3D go for it. Not sure if BlurBustersStrobeUtility supports it, bec. the tool is useful for 60 fps (60hz) capped games for blur reduction.

Thank you gamerscore.

I watched the review by Josh Edwards https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bNLm5qY-olU - According to him the 30T is an upgrade from 20z in quite a few aspects, blur reduction, black equalizer etc.

But it might just be a marketing ploy from his side seeing as it is a sponsor. Heck don't think ill ever get a clear answer unless someone has tested both of them.

side note: I am getting the 970gtx in the same month but i don't think ill use the 3d vision any time soon as ill need to buy the kit etc

I think there is some key information about the XL2430T in this review:
"As for input lag, we've gone up to 16 ms from the 10 ms of the XL2420Z."
