I've XL2411P. Does factory menu have vertical total pixels (VTP) option? I would need to increase VTP to 1350 because I get bad crosstalk at 1920x1080@60Hz on Playstation 3 console.
Vertical Total is at the GPU output and cable level, not the firmware level.

Your PlayStation has to add a bigger blanking interval to the video cable, which it cannot do. The signal structure on the cable is what creates the vertical total.

Theoretically, a scan conversion feature within a panel could internally create a large VBI, however, the XL2411P panel does not do this.

You can reduce PlayStation crosstalk by pre-adjusting strobe phase with a computer BEFORE connecting to a Playstation, or using the factory menu instead to configure that. Test strobe phase at 0 and at 100.

Hello!
Is it possible to use vt tweak with this two resolutions (640x480 100hz & 800x600 100hz), but WITH display scaling (NOT 1920x1080 gpu downscaling)? What values to use?

The "color" setting on the factory menu?
On the older Z series "Mstar" scaler monitors, those settings *ONLY* worked with analog connections (e.g. VGA) and did absolutely nothing over digital connections.

Since I don't have any of the Realtek scaler newer monitors, I can't help you with that at all.

Unfortunately, for 120hz VT 1500 tweak while staying under 360 mhz pixel clock, the AMD stable settings cause frameskipping on Nvidia hardware. (Pixel clock >359.99 mhz causes 6 bit color from the monitor, which you don't want).

AMD settings (Vega 64, R9 290X, but 5700 XT is untested):
120hz, 1920x1080:

front porch: 48/3
Sync width: 32/5
HT: 2001
VT: 1499
pixel clock: 359.94 mhz
This works perfectly on AMD to not have frameskipping /microstutters and stays at 8 bit color depth.

On Nvidia RTX 3090, this is unusable. Pressing the S-switch after a monitor refresh change only has a 30% chance to remove the frameskipping. Unfortunately, VT 1500 is 360 mhz so we need another way, and VT 1499, 1498, 1497 are microstutter city, and VT 1496 is black screen (S-switch restores the screen but is still microstutters).

Use this:
Front porch: 24 pixels 3 lines.
Sync width: unchanged
Horizontal total: 1984 (because front porch was reduced, HT can now go below the floor of 2000 pixels)
Vertical Total: 1500

No stutters now on RTX 3090, reduced strobe crosstalk and I can't see any drawbacks so far.
If I get a XL2746S, I'll be able to update whether these tricks still work.

I added this info here.
