V6 firmware Benq xl2411 zowie Can't use blur buster utility.

So as the title says,
I have firmware v6 and the utility cannot detect the monitor.
Does anyone have an idea?
This is bought from Korea but i don't think that's an issue here.

-- Make sure to exit service menu (if you brought it up)
-- Try a different cable. Sometimes it causes problems.
-- Try a different port. (e.g. DVI versus HDMI versus DisplayPort)
-- Try a different computer. (even a laptop)
For another method of troubleshooting, download Entech Taiwan's free
SoftMCCS troubleshooting utility -- and tell me if it can "see" your monitor successfully. If the "Capabilities string" does not show up, then Blur Busters Strobe Utility can't communicate with the monitor.
