60 hz or 75 hz or 120 hz with blur reduction

I use blur reduction on my BenQ xl2411 monitor, which one is good with 1300 or 1500 trick;

60 hz
75 hz
120 hz

which one is more smooth more good with 1300 or 1500 trick and with blur reduction program? which is better
