Blur Busters Forums

Hi guys
I've recently got a mstar device to upgrade my monitor to v5 but.... when using the software after it as applied the patch, and it has said it has passed the monitor resets and loads up without the burnin and also the firmware still says v1 via the blur busters app i cant check via service because i cant seem to get it to load up in there any idea's why it is saying the firmware is applied and passed? yet its not applied.

Don't matter fixed it. just used a different monitor to use the program on and just connected the mstar to the benq monitor and it worked fine.
