Does the Strobe Utility work on the new XL2411P?
Question is in the title. Want to buy a monitor and XL2411P is one of these i would consider...

Not currently at this time, from what I heard -- however, it may be using the same codes that XL2735 requires.
I know the new Strobe Utility is late -- but keep tuned!
It'll be worth the wait, and the big bonus: A special manually-editable configuration file that can be edited to insert custom codes for future (unreleased) monitors with strobe-adjustment support.
