Hello, i am using the benq xl2411z with blur reduction on, and i did the vt tweak to 1500 on nvidia custom resolution and test was successful, do i need to apply the clock patch since i exceeded the limit to 374 pixel clock?

Only if it's failing when using a DVI cable.

If it's already apparently working -- and your strobe crosstalk is already clearly noticeably reduced (easier to hide the crosstalk zone offscreen) with Blur Busters Strobe Utility -- then you do not need to do anything else.
