A reply would be greatly appreciated, I'm looking all over the internet for a reply, thanks again.

The strobe utility adjusts motion blur reduction parameters. If you don't use motion blur reduction, then you don't need the utility.

Hi and thank you, let's say, from the service menu I turn on single strobe on and I also change the other 2 parameters. IF I don't turn on blur reduction the changes I made will not apply?

If you don't turn on blur reduction mode, blur reduction settings have nothing to apply to.Lospsi wrote:Hi and thank you, let's say, from the service menu I turn on single strobe on and I also change the other 2 parameters. IF I don't turn on blur reduction the changes I made will not apply?

Strobe Utility only affects Blur Reduction.
So, yes, you need Blur Reduction enabled to utilize the saved Strobe Utility settings.
Remember. When adjusting Xbox, you need to adjust 1080p 60Hz via PC first, before switching to the Xbox.
