How to set BenQ XL2430T from 60hz to 144hz

I already bought a new HDMI cable that's capable of 200hz but still i can't set it to 144hz. Only 60-80hz max. How can i solve this? Do i need to buy a new one or there is something wrong with my monitor or cable?

Use DisplayPort, not HDMI. On some monitors, the HDMI ports don't support high refresh rates.
