Background tabs can cause TestUFO to frameskip too.

The important thing is you got the green READY and perfectly smooth motion (hopefully frameskip free). Generally, it should stay green-READY most of the time when running as a single window (no other browser tabs), and configured to single monitor.
Yeah, it manage to mostly be green and "!ready", however i use two monitors.

Put TestUFO on the primary monitor, and minimize all windows on the secondary. Usually (in most browsers) that works. Swap primary monitors to run TestUFO on the other monitor.

VSYNC ON has huge problems with multimonitor systems where the different refresh rates of the two monitors can interfere with each other, adding lag and other undesirable behaviours. Exclusive-mode full screen VSYNC OFF is fine, however. But browsers are VSYNC ON beasts and so, are prone to problems running on a multimonitor system sometimes -- but it generally it usually works fine if you close all windows and browser tabs except for the TestUFO, and avoid moving the mouse during the duration of the motion test.

....Either way, you have nothing to worry about if you're seeing TestUFO browser stutters, that doesn't necessarily affect your game because it's a browser thing with Windows. TestUFO is the Internet's best motion tests obviously (duh) but still prone to browser limitations so that's why it has to self-detect stutters for use with precision tests like frame skipping.
