They selling this model at amazon through tiger direct and I wanted to know if it comes with v2 firmware? They also selling it for $359 which is the cheapest ive seen it. Also if anyone knows how their return policy is through tiger direct. I have prime which makes returning easy.

Presently, since it is so early in the V2 shipments, not all units on Amazon/Tigerdirect are already V2 yet (unless you get vendor to check serial number first). Sometimes warehouse stock takes time to clear.

Currently, the only units currently guaranteed to be V2 are ones from BENQ's site, also accessible via:
BENQ XL2420Z and BENQ XL2720Z with V2 Firmware Included

Here is a coupon which works on checkout: Gamer$20 (currently valid as of March 30, 2014) -- This will save you $20, bringing the price down to $379 for a XL2720Z guaranteed to have V2 firmware compatible with Strobe Utility.

You're welcome to buy anywhere as always, that said, buying through the above link, or via Official 120Hz Monitor List supports Blur Busters and the continued development of future motion blur optimization utilities (including Blur Busters Strobe Utility) for various monitors! ;)
