hello. is the v4 firmware for the XL2420Z the most recent firmware?

how likely would it be that an authorized benq repairer could do this upgrade for me? is it worth upgrading from v3?

That's my one drive and V8 is the most recent version. I got v8 from someone here and flashed it with my Mstar ISP device.

oh I thought v8 was for other models like the 27" not, the xl2420z.

would you help me locate it, please?
