just wondering if sitting close to the xl2546 monitor, do you notice this "pixels" or kind of "grid net" that seems to be apparent on several video reviews of the monitor I have been looking at, or its maybe only something that video cameras are picking up but not noticeable in-game or on desktop at all with your eyes ?
kind of like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ve5fzbI ... u.be&t=508
there is like a "net" or kind of like you see every pixel clearly, but maybe this is not noticeable in reality when using monitor? maybe stupid question but for example on my old asus vg248qe I dont see anything like this at all even I sit extreme close to monitor to try and find any patterns like this..
visible "pixels" or "grid net" effect when sitting close to xl2546?

This is usually a problem with low DPI displays. My 27" 1080p has it when looking at it very closely. My 27" 1440p has none of it.

However, in the video you posted, this might be a camera artifact and not what you actually see.

yeah, the picture on that screendoor effect wiki page seems exactly like what I see in many reviews on the xl2546... but it seems less obvious in some videos and more in others.. but enough that it made me think that its perhaps an issue with the monitor compared to other 24" 240hz monitors im interested in as well :/ if its not an issue at all in reality then this monitor with the blurbusters 182 hz trick seems perfect for me and my games anyway !RealNC wrote: ↑08 Mar 2020, 09:37This is usually a problem with low DPI displays.
