so few weeks ago i notice that my monitor was set back to 59hz and when i tried to change it to 144hz i get this problem

Your post did not get replied to because it was posted in the OffTopic area instead of the BenQ area or the General area;
Is the problem that you're stuck in a service menu? Simply power off your monitor, then power it back on.

Turn off Internet Cafe or the monitor will reset all its values every time it's turned off
