I'm sorry that we couldn't figure out a better resolution to this --

I am personally dissapointed at the XL2411K being the first XL2411 model inconsistent with the capabilities of the other XL2411 models.

I can return it without problem.
And I also have the XL2411P, which is a fantastic monitor for this case.

It is also true that it is a shame, because it is the only XL2411 that is not valid for the 60hz strobe

I'm learning a lot in this forum, and by experimenting, reading, and researching to solve the problem I have learned a lot about these topics that interest me so much.

Also, I did not buy the XL2411K because I was not happy with the "P", but because I wanted to have the BEST option on the market for consoles. And I already have it ..... the XL2411P

I just ordered this same monitor, and got it today. I, too, cannot get single strobe to work, and cannot find out how to enter the factory mode/service menu.

=/ If anyone knows how to enter the service menu, please let me know soon. I really don't want to go through the hassle of returning this for the xl2411p. I really wish I had bought that one instead, now...

hello for enter to the menu service turn off the monitor

hold joystick, turn on the monitor 4 sec after the menu service appair

is possible now use a blur utility you think ?

i came buy the 2411K i would like configured the monitor too
