BenQ removed single-strobe 60 Hz from the XL2411K. It is not possible.

The old XL2411, XL2411T and XL2411P did have 60Hz single strobe but it was removed from XL2411K.

You may wish to consider the ViewSonic XG2431, which DOES have single-strobe 60Hz (also compatible with gaming consoles!) -- a first in a 240Hz IPS panel.

This is not the service menu.
This is the factory menu.

Try holding down button #4 (or whatever input corresponds to button #4) when powering on the monitor, then release button #4 when the screen appears.

The factory menu (the menu in your screenshot) is holding down button #3 and button #4 at the same time, and powering on the monitor, then releasing the two buttons. At least this is how it is in the other "Mstar" Benq monitors, as well as the XL2746S and (discontinued) XL2546S and XL2735, XL2546, etc.

Please take a picture of the service menu when you find it.
You will see stuff like "backlight on time", "Firmware version", DVI HPD, HDMI HPD, Internet Cafe, Strobe Duty, Strobe Phase" on that menu.
The "Single Strobe" option should be at the bottom.

I would be extremely surprised if it's missing. If this is a MSTAR scaler, it may still be able to be enabled by a "VCP" command in Soft MCCS, because the Mstar scaler still supports single strobe at 60hz-96hz. (it's the Realtek scaler which does not).
