Is there way to permanently lower brightness on Benq xl2411?

Funny thing, unlike other people, my eyes are EXTRA sensitive on light, and I cant stand bright screens. Even 0 brightness and 0 contrast its still too much for me. I used to reduce brightness with strobing, but am currently unable to mess with those, and I was wondering:
Is there some way to reduce total brightness permanently under factory level. Idk, maybe some hacks or something
