Does Uninstalling Razer Synapse remove polling rate setting

Post by BTRY B 529th FA BN » 13 Sep 2022, 18:29

Updated to the latest Razer Synapse: after re-enabling it through Windows Services. Actually it automatically updated but it wouldn't start properly as I wanted to check the settings. So I uninstalled it. Does it change the polling rate back to 1000Hz or will it keep my settings of 8000Hz @ 3200dpi? I'd rather not reinstall that pos software, tbh

thanks

I think synapse automatically saves to on board memory so the settings should stick.

U can use some of the online mouse poll rate checkers for quick check.

Thanks for the reply.

I did try an online checker and i was getting readings around 4K Hz but it was at 8K Hz

I since reinstalled it and it's working fine, however it's disabled in Windows Services.
