What do you think would consume less power?

My monitor is AOC FG2560fx, I use DP cable 1.2. What do you think would consume less power using PC resolution 100hz, or Ultra HD/SD 50, or 60hz? NVCP doesn't let me create 60hz PC resolution, it says duplicate. I don't care about CRU now, I will be transitioning to Linux.

- what would consume less power DP 1.1, or DP 1.2?
- what would consume less power HDMI or DP?
- is there difference in power consumption between limited color range and full color range
How can I reduce my monitor consumption further?

ALSO SERIOUS QUESTION: what does consume less power G-SYNC on/off? Also if I want variable refresh rate, but i am only watching movies (not in fullscreen), if G-SYNC is allowed only in fullscreen will variable refresh rate work for my movies, i would assume not!
So what would be better G-SYCN off, or on even in windowed mode, but with variable refresh rate for power consumption? I watch video content a lot! I don't know also how to test if it is working, because vertical frequency will show value:freesync in OST - it is AOC both freesync,G-SYNC monitor that's why it says that...
