I think that if a monitor has display port 1.2a, in the spec sheets it states 1.2 as a simple 1.2 cable is used to connect it. Am I wrong?Steeps wrote:Think anyone can guess a price range on it?
Edit: Well... I was excited for the monitor, but it specifies DisplayPort 1.2. What takes so long to make models with 1.2a?
Also I see in the specs that it is 56-144 vertical sync. does it mean that freesync will be working 56-144 variable refresh rate? if so I will wait for a 30-144 but i guess it would be difficult right?

I saw 40-144 listed as the effective range, to me if you are falling below 40fps these days you need to upgrade, i already ordered mine.
It should be here today, i will be able to play around with it when i get home from work tonight.

Arma 3, mpmission king of the hill you play with 35 fps average with intel and 30 average with amd because this mpmission has lots of scripts.plex wrote:I saw 40-144 listed as the effective range, to me if you are falling below 40fps these days you need to upgrade, i already ordered mine.
