But ok, ill agree that there is a small chance as its not said to be IPS.
But most importantly ill do the hardest thing of all - ill just say that i dont know. And neither does anyone else... it might as well be OLED.
I'd like to see this thing be an 8-bit TN.
Just for the sake of cost, if nothing else.

What you just said... wow... its ... really ignorant.
If you can spend 700$ on a monitor you can also spend 750$. And that would be the absolute MAX cost difference between your 8bit TN and IPS nowadays.
And i dont want the perfect monitor to be spoiled because SOMEONE is buying a monitor they cant afford with their last 700$.

You're sort of cancer dude.
Luckily, whatever I want isnt what Acer will do. They will put in whichever panel THEY want. Pointless to argue about it.
$50 difference? The very first 2440x1440 144hz IPS type display with a Gsync module built in, and it will be $50 more than the TN panel?

can confirm. i work at acer and we think it's a good idea to upgrade from tn to ips for essentially free. plus it's only 34in

I found it weird that they didn't mention 3D Vision 2 there. Then I read this:

I hope the 21:9 one will support 3D. It's a game changer for me.
