Nvidia Introduces 65-inch "Big Format Gaming Displays"
Re: Nvidia Introduces 65-inch "Big Format Gaming Displays"
they need some antiblur tech, that works even on console, with low input lag, to be of interest

You need the adapter or whatever it is for a wireless mouse close to the mouse for good performance. I know this from experience. Logitech even goes as far as to recommend within 20 centimeters, which is ridiculous but says something. You've got D.Va on that monitor but from a competitive standpoint you probably will do better with other monitors, but I realize it might be a compromise. I expect that the 27-inch 144hz 4k monitor will be worse than a 1080 240hz monitor, which I may end up testing.

20cm really? You might as well stay wired. That wouldn't work at all.darzo wrote:You need the adapter or whatever it is for a wireless mouse close to the mouse for good performance. I do hope they reconsider 4K on these monitors for ppl who like ULMB @ 100-120fps.

Distance also depends on a variety of factors including radio frequency interference. A house in the country would have better mouse performance at 50cm than a New York apartment at 20cm, due to the huge amounts of wireless signals sharing the space.
Also, you can use a USB extension cable (no repeaters though! So only up to 5 meter) to wire the wireless mouse receiver much closer to your seating area. That won't add lag, and allow you to keep very near your wireless mouse receiver.
Meanwhile, check out www.blurbusters.com for my personal impressions of:
-- HTC VIVE versus VIVE PRO greatly improved virtual reality
-- ROG 144Hz gaming laptop (brief impression)
-- ASUS BFGD
-- RAZER Phone with 120Hz display
More to come...

Any reason to go ultrawide at 1440 vs 4k at 27 inches?

I was wondering about that. If you say it I believe it. Well looks like no ULMB at the moment doesn't it, meh.Chief Blur Buster wrote: you can use a USB extension cable (no repeaters though! So only up to 5 meter)..That won't add lag, and allow you to keep very near your wireless mouse receiver.

I don't get it, whats better about the bigger screen size? More ideal for people using surround sound setups, bringing people in the room to watch your banging setup?
