Unfortunately, DSR does not work in my game. The player view is truncated and the mouse movements are not correctly taken into account.
but whit DSR you can change resolution in windows too...

i try now whit my LG 34gk950f and it work and @144hz

Nvidia Control panels says DSR must be disabled if I want to create a custom resolution. I was only able to have 3840x2160 in windows with DSR. Ingame it doesn't work (image is truncated).

Hello again,

I bought this monitor and I could not create 2560x1920@240Hz in Nvidia Control Panel. I could create 2400x1800, though. In my game, the maximum 4/3 resolution I can use is 2328x1746.

i suppose that @240hz need more bandwitch for 2560x1920 than this DP haven't

This is a TN panel monitor right? Cause my local shop is advertising it has IPS panel. Guess its 240Hz native on a TN panel? 0.5ms with overdrive seems incredibly fast :o It has received some bad reviews from some customers saying the fans inside the monitor is very noisy . Is that true? Really want to check out this monitor.

Yes, 240hz is TN

the fan behind the monitor can annoy the first two days, but then you realize that you only hear it if you put your ear behind the monitor, since the pc under use makes more noise ... and if you play you don't hear it.

You hear the fan mainly WHEN you turn off the PC, and it will continue for another 10/12 minutes.

This is The best TN monitor I have ever tested, and it has an excellent HDR for being a TN and is superior to its hdr400 standard

I got this monitor yesterday, the motion clarity really is very good coming from a PG278Q.

I do have an issue with it though, instead of going into ‘deep sleep’ after about 15 mins and turning the fan off, instead the monitor wakes itself up. It realises there is no signal and goes back to sleep, however it means the fan never turns off. It happens even with the input cable unplugged so it’s not my PC waking it up. This repeats every 15 minutes or so. I’ve tried resetting the monitor to factory settings, turning ‘Deep Sleep’ on/off etc.

Has anybody figured out how to access the service menu? I wonder if there’s settings in there I could play with. It would be a shame if I have to return the monitor as the panel is perfect, no stuck pixels or anything.

I'm sorry, I can't help you:
the monitor I had after 15 or 20 minutes went into deep sleep and did not reactivate unless I turned the pc back on

Lenovo replaced my monitor and the repalcement goes to sleep fully as it should. Like the first it also has no dead or stuck pixels, the panel QC seems good.

It still would be nice to find a way into the service menu as people have found ways to alter the behaviour of the G-Sync fan on other monitors.
